Refund Policy

Effective Date: 5 May 2025

As a not-for-profit organization, Rise Up uses donations to fund social impact programs. However, we understand that errors can happen.

1. Donation Refunds

• If you made an error in your donation or the transaction was unauthorized, please contact us within 7 days of the donation date.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after verification.

• Refund requests beyond 7 days may not be accepted unless legally required.

2. Event/Workshop Fees

• For paid event registrations, refunds may be available if cancellation is requested at least 3 days prior to the event.

• In case of event cancellation by Rise Up, full refunds will be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to care@riseupngo.org with:

• Full name

• Date and amount of donation/payment

• Reason for refund

We will respond within 5–7 working days.
